Machine-wash according to the instructions supplied with the selected mat. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh cleaning products and high heat. Allow the mat to dry completely before returning it to your pet.
Important Safety Information
This mat provides a cool-feeling resting surface but does not refrigerate your pet or guarantee a reduction in body temperature. It is not a substitute for shade, fresh water, air conditioning or veterinary care during hot weather.
Supervise pets that chew or damage bedding. Discontinue use if the mat becomes torn or its filling is exposed. If your dog shows signs of heat stress—including excessive panting, weakness, vomiting or confusion—move the animal to a cooler environment and contact a veterinarian immediately.
