Damaged/Defective Product

At Sea Dragon Dreams, we strive for excellence in quality and customer satisfaction. Suppose you receive a damaged or defective product. In that case, we offer a free reprint or a refund of the product price, provided that the issue is reported to our support team via email at support@seadragondreams.com within 30 days of product delivery. Please include photo proof of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the custom printing nature of our products (printed once ordered), Sea Dragon Dreams does not support returns or exchanges for reasons other than damaged or defective items.

Return to Sender/Lost in Transit

In cases where an order is returned to us or lost in transit due to an invalid address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
